Quick Notes
A subject cannot lead with this newer institutional form. The informatic method simply enlists the participation, such as informatic method choices, information feeds, and the like. However, the arrangement of the design cannot be controlled by any human mind. The informatic method involving unstructured information is far too complex for that, even if one is considered a genius.  At best, humans arbitrarily arrange, engaging tacit forms of volatility as they communicate. The open door as well embraces this tacit form of colonial volatility that will root unstable, at times violent, behaviors by design.  While I do think the arbitrary arrangement works well in terms of fictional interests, for non-fictional considerations, destabilization inevitably occurs as we embrace arbitrary tacit form. The arbitrary arrangement inherent in the tacit act of colonial cultivation (splitting categories, writing, on static medium, or thinking in terms of static cultivation) promotes this. This isn't to say one rejects the use of the colonial form in terms of any and all expressions, including non-fiction. Rather, there requires creative responses to this challenge of colonial volatility. A dynamic medium, coupled with a variety of informatic methods, provides that opportunity.  One can write in their particular way, not as a subject lead, such as via Cartesian::Sieve I, but rather as a participant among an informatic feed, of again, a newer institutional form emerging, that by design couldn't be the Western-colonial form (The institutional foundation developed without this newer capacity).  This includes AI (Artificial Intelligence) productions of colonial cultivation.

Categorical splits among a static medium; Arbitrary arrangement; Tacitly injected volatility; Does not establish a sound basis for the subject leading, so Cartesian::Sieve arbitrarily, I think (including doubt), in terms of this colonial cultivation, splitting of categories cultivated by static medium, therefore?  Meaning, Descartes, belonging to the older institutional form juxtaposing with the newer institutional form, by colonial design, among arbitrary arrangements, couldn't establish a stabilizing basis for his assertions, as a matter of design, not colonial argument.  Again, to reiterate, this isn't a matter of this colonial cultivation, like what I am writing in this email. Rather, this would involve matters working with informatic method and dynamic medium, of differing arranging methods that begin to address the inadequacies of the colonial language and the institutional forms that developed upon these inadequate foundations.

Free expression and the societies that foster that openness and freedom are the needed measure to develop and strengthen this newer institutional form, obviously. The informatic methods have the capacity to structure all flows of unstructured information in real-time (pending technological infrastructure) for individuals, organizations, and entire societal and world aggregates. The variety of differing flows fosters a growing array of informatic methods, creatively responding to a variety of challenges with this newer capacity.

This isn't a utopic project for the future, rather this is creatively responding to the existing challenges our current colonial language presents.
